Ms. Nomonde Dinizulu Shezi is the Managing Director & Co-Founder of HumanInsights (Pty) Ltd and an Advisory Member of 4iR Skills MICT SETA. She also serves as a Presidential member of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. Additionally, she acts as an Adjudicating Judge for the Mzansi Aerospace Drone incubator.
Nomonde hailing from Kwamashu, KwaZulu-Natal, embodies visionary leadership and a strong commitment to human-centred innovation. Her leadership at HumanInsights Africa drives initiatives in digital transformation and strategic advisory services, empowering organizations for success in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Beyond her corporate roles, Nomonde contributes to skills development and technology adoption in her advisory position, fostering digital readiness. She also champions safety and well- being through her membership in the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. Her academic journey in Psychology and ongoing pursuit of an MSc in Human Factors Engineering highlight her dedication to expertise and continuous learning, ensuring solutions prioritize user satisfaction.
