Ms. Lebogang Zulu is a remarkable leader in business and entrepreneurship, holding pivotal roles such as National Chairperson of BRICS Women’s Business Alliance South Africa NPC, President ofBRICS Africa Women Foundation NPC, Chairperson of the International Relations Portfolio Committee at the Black Business Council, Board Chairperson of Africa Women’s Bank (Private) Limited, Executive Director of Kampara Group Holdings (Private) Limited, and Chief Strategy Officer of Afuraka Innovators Consortium (Pty) Ltd.
In her role as Executive Director of Kampara Group Holdings, Ms. Zulu has led multimillion-dollar projects across South Africa and the continent, drawing on her 22 years of industry expertise post the successful merger of Kampara Industries and AV South Africa. Her influence extends beyond corporate boundaries, evident in her significant positions that underscore her unwavering commitment to fostering collaboration and championing women’s economic empowerment.
Ms. Zulu’s outstanding contributions have garnered prestigious accolades, acknowledging her pivotal role in both industry and society. Her strategic leadership as the 2023 Global Chairperson of BRICS Women’s Business Alliance resulted in South African women entrepreneurs securing partnerships valued at $2.7 billion, leading to the creation of 120,000 new jobs and marking a substantial stride towards sustainable economic growth under her guidance.
